What is a wind mitigation and why do I need one?

A wind mitigation inspection may help you save money on your homeowners insurance.  A wind mitigation inspection identifies key features and add-ons that reduce the amount of damage your home may suffer during a strong storm or hurricane.

What does a four point inspection entail?

Most homeowners insurance requires a 4 point inspection.  It covers the four major systems of the house- roof, electrical system, heating and cooling, and plumbing.

When and how will I receive my home inspection report?

Inspection reports are provided to the customer within 24 hours of the inspection, typically the day of the inspection.  The report will be emailed directly to the customer, or can be mailed upon request.
